Bill of Materials

Bill of Materials

A bill of quantities (BOQ) /Bill of Materials (BOM) is a document used in the construction industry in which materials, parts, and labor and their costs are documented. It also details the terms and conditions of the construction or repair contract and records all work to allow a contractor to price the work for which he or she is bidding.

Fundamentally – the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) / Bill of Materials (BOM) – gives you the list of industry standard requirement of materials and their required quantities that are necessary for the implementation of work.

CATT is apt in providing exact BOQ/BOM. We create accurate amount of all materials through BIM and they are automatically updated in the BIM Model. Our Quantity Take-off reports are formatted in Excel and exported to a database for comprehensive analysis. Our Quantities are generated for a particular time period or project area either in 4D or 5D for managing material procurement and saving inventory costs.
